Price does not include:

1. Local tourist tax 1.00 € / one person from 3 years / day.
2. Fenced hotel parking lot:
   1. Fee 3,00 € / car / night: during season 22.06. – 30.09, for stays New Year’s Eve, Easter.
   2. Free parking: for off-season stays (all dates except for point 2.1.)

Conditions of Stay:

1. Map of the hotel arrival is in the section: contact www.hotelthermal.sk/kontakt, www.hotelaqua.sk/kontakt. Guests of the Hotel Aqua *** check in at the reception of Hotel Thermal Varga ***, where we will provide you with all the information about the accommodation.
2. How to calculate the price of stay:
   1. Age is the date of arrival.
   2. The price of the stay is based on 1 adult in a double room.
   3. Children from 3-15 years have an extra bed and accompanied by two adults.
   4. Children up to 3 years are free of charge – food, ticket to the swimming pool, travel cot.
   5. Single room and apartments are charged with an additional cost.
   6. Stays for children don’t include massage.
3. Serving Time: Breakfast 7:30 – 10:00, Dinner 17:00 – 19:00.
4. The time of arrival is 14:00. – 17:00 (see the point 4. for further Payment Terms). On the day of departure, please leave the room by 10:00.
5. For stays of 2, 3 nights with included massage. The Hotel Aphrodite Spa massage salon will send you the time table sheet for massage treatments.
6. If you have not used all the days of entry into the swimming pool, you can use it until 17:00 on the day of departure. The ticket will be returned to us at the reception before your departure. The ticket is valid for as many days as your stay is.
7. Loss or damage of your hotel room card, hotel key, parking card is due to a fee 10.00 € / piece.
8. If you are traveling by train or bus, notify the hotel reception 2 days before arrival. The hotel will send you a taxi to the station in Veľký Meder. The price is max. 5.00 € / trip / car.
9. Free WIFI for hotel guests throughout the hotel, bicycle rental and storage in the city (max 6 pcs, bikes are not suitable for long-distance cycling), children playground, trampoline, table tennis, billiards, table football, party games.

Payment Terms of Stay:

1. Some stays are due to deposit: High season 22.06. – 30.09, New Year’s Eve, Easter. We will confirm the stay as soon as we receive 50% deposit. Meet the due date of the invoice.
2. Off-season stays are without deposit. We ask you you to inform us if you change you mind. Payment upon arrival.
3. Credit card payment is charged 2% of the stay.
4. If you do not arrive at the stay until 17:00, please let us know. Else we have the right to cancel your order. Please contact us by e-mail at info@hotelthermal.sk or call 00421 31 553 0336, 00421 917 460 625.
5. The hotel has the right to modify the prices during the year except for booked stays.

7. Special guest requirements (room number, room with balcony, ground floor, floor) guarantee the hotel in the dates mentioned in item 1 of the payment conditions for an extra 50 € / stay.
